Knee wrap question - when to use.
I am curious if you guys use knee wraps when doing normal exercises, or only when doing your highest weight.
I am thinking about using them all the time, as I've just switched to ATG squats, and my knees have been hurting a bit. I'm wondering if I use wraps all the time, if it will weaken my knees overall or help them.

get knee sleeves for knee pain to wear all the time. alot of options out there. i use rehband's myself. knee wraps only for the heavy stuff, i wouldn't recommend them all the time b/c you might get weaker "in the hole", and then add the time it takes to wrap and unwrap etc. knee sleeves are basically non-supportive and just keep everything warm and painfree

ok, thanks for that tip m8
now to convince the wife that i need knee sleeves after i already ordered some wraps :P
so the sleeves provide no support, they just keep them warm? or they provide some support, but not enough to hinder your lifts?Last edited by xephonics; 07-27-2009 at 06:36 PM.
