Knee wrap question - when to use.
I am curious if you guys use knee wraps when doing normal exercises, or only when doing your highest weight.
I am thinking about using them all the time, as I've just switched to ATG squats, and my knees have been hurting a bit. I'm wondering if I use wraps all the time, if it will weaken my knees overall or help them.
