What to eat on record attempt day?

Hey all - this is my first time posting in the power lifting section.

I am atttempting a record at my gym tomorrow (dips). i am very confident i can beat it, but i want to what would be suggested as far as food tomorrow?

The competition is around 6pm. I eat a pretty low carb diet normally (under 100g a day), but i am thinking I might want to up the carbs tomorrow at breakfast and lunch?

    thanks for any help!

So thought I would give an update. So i got to the gym yesterday and it turns out they had canceled the comp. Someone was supposed to call me but they didn't. Anyway the comp is rescheduled for two Thursdays from now.

I was prepped to go anyway so i did an trial run. i broke the record by a pretty good margin. Old record was 62 (body weight dips) and I did 70.

It is interesting that i can usually do more in the morning. I have done 80 before. Even though i am stronger and more awake in the afternoon, i think the fact that i am about 7 lbs lighter when i wake up is more of an advantage...
