Westside help
I'm just getting into the westside way of life. I do alot of my workouts at home. Can I substitute alot of ham curls. for the glute ham raise? And pull thrus for the reverse hypers? I'm not lucky enough to have any of the equipment for those and neither does my gym.

I realize this us kind of a silly question. But I have to imagine that if I don't do the right supplemental exercises. I could be hurting my max dead and squat.

i would do natural ghr. youtube it.
i would do seated band leg curls. same thing, you tube.
if you can do hypers i would do that over reverse hypers instead of pull throughs.
if you can rig it up i would do band good mornings also.

GHR is a great exercise!
