finally got the one weight that always eluded me, I started of with 405 for 6, I was feeling really good, I decided to go for 475, when I got that pretty easy I went fot the big 5 not sure if I would get it. Just barely but I got it. Im so stoked thought I would share.

If you read my post on Test Enanthate you will see that my boy also hit a new max for himself today. Not as impressive as yours but 405 is still pretty damn good I think. I hit a new strength level myself 225 for 15. It seems that you are a powerlifter and I was wondering if you could post like an average chest workout that you do. I would like to incorporate a little powerlifting into my workouts while on the juice. Thanks bro.

yeah bro, I guess I was kinda blessed with bench strength. Left highschool at 190 365 bench, got out of the army in 96 hit 485 at 230, I was so disapointed I didnt get 500, now im 255 5'6 finally got it. I do for my bench after warmups I go 315x8 3 reps, 365 x6, 405x4, 425 maybe 2, then I do forced reps with a spotter(think this forms my strength) 450x4 with spotter, 470x2 with spotter. I drop back to 315 and do a 1-2 pause above my chest never full down for 2-3 sets of 8
then I go incline or incline hammer, pec dec or cables. I cant do dips due to a shoulder injury so thats my basic strength exercises. btw I believe any lifts are impressive when you take that indiv into account, its impressive for anyone to make great gains
