G'day everyone, its been a while since i've posted here on the site. I've been back in training now for the last 6 or so months after 1.5yr break cos of a lowerback injury/a bit of laziness aswell after being out for a good time. Anywho i'm at that stage now in my bodybuilding training that i am happy with the size of my legs and i plan on stopping legs training weekly and move to a more maintenance style training.
Basically i thought this would be a good opportunity to do a light powerlifting workout every two weeks of just squats and deadlifts. I was planning to go in and do the following:
warm up on bike 5-10 minutes
Squats: 5x5
Deadlifts: 5x5
Leg Curls: 1x25
Calf Raises: 2x20
From what i've read i believe this is correct but would like some advice from someone with a bit more experience in PL.
