Question especially for Doc. Sust (or anyone who has experiences with that) - planning to compete on 2 meets 2 weeks from each other, how would you recommend to train in the meanwhile (first meet on 10th, second on 24th)?

train regular for first meet, go to meet hit your numbers. next wk lift one day in the middle of thewk, do all three lifts same day like a deload wk, no more that 60% very few sets, reps no more than triples.do not do any accessory work. take the entire meet wk off,compete again. done this before worked great.
