    Question Rack press

I would like to add rack presses into my bench routine soon. 6 years ago i had rack presses in my routine and it helped jump my bench. I cannot remember what I was doing for sets and reps. Any suggestions?

    3 reps - 5 reps work best for strength. 2 - 5 sets

dont do cambered and dumbell press, pick one per wk and switch them up, also where is the day that you are doing regular flat bench????? by far the most important exercise

I was going to do that routine for 4 weeks with no bench. Should I add bench to the workout?

YES!!!! never leave out the main lift you are trying to make stronger.if you train for strength, this is a rule and you start out with this exercise first and work from there.

i tried your idea years ago. blew up in my face and my bench actually got weaker. now what you can do is add variations to the flat press. chains bands, pause presses, anything that is a full range free motion bar press.
