Lower Back Injury/ Strengthen Core
Hey guy,
Ive been working out for a few years now. Im trying to strengthen my core but have a lower back injury that keeps me from being able to do dead lifts, squats, ect. I am interested in what types of exercises I can do to strengthen my core without putting pressure on my lower back.

abs, 45 degree back raises, standing crunches, wood chop twists bands or cable, good mornings possibly done light, band good mornings, dumbell side bends,reverse hypers, glut ham raises
