deadlift stuck

i just cannot get my deadlift past 185kg for 3 reps
its been stuck at this for nearly 2 years
im confused becuase everything has gotten stronger legs arms back everything

any help appreciated

Have you tried deadlifting off of a box?

What happens after the 3? Do you just stop or do you give it your all for another rep? And have you tried going for more weight, less reps or less weight more reps?

afte the 3rd rep im just all out and grip in right hand gone thats with alternate
i do 160 for 7 with both palms facing in

i tried 195 from the floor and couldnt budge it
with less weight i can do high reps
140kg etc

i lifted 195kg off block for 1 extremely difficult rep

i have always deadlifted from the floor
i dont know what wrong becuase a few years back i could dead 175kg for 4

Have you tried chalk/straps to help compensate for your grip? Also do you do any ab work? Back extensions? Good Mornings? other core work? If not, try incorporating some of those types of things and maybe that will help get you over the hump. It helped me alot. Not being a bodybuilder I used to ignor those type of exercises....I mean why do abs if I will never have a six-pack?? That was my mentallity, but I was young and dumb. Having a stronger core helps with all the "big" lifts. It may just be what you need....

Forearm exercises will help too...front and reverse wrist curls. I also keep one of those hand grippers things at my desk at work and use that instead of a stress ball!

you have to wear wrist straps firstly.
secondly when you deadlift do you put it down after every rep and take all the tension off the bar then lift again??

try Good mornings, low box squats, rack pulls, static pulls against pins, band pulls,like nooomoto said deficit deads, partials with the bar weight on blocks, band pulls,
reverse band pulls. get creative. Sounds like you're slow off the floor so some speed work certainly wouldn't hurt either.

all these are good ways, also you could try dropping down to like 365 (lbs) and start a 5x5 from there. In 2 months you'll be pulling that weight for 5 reps. Also I agree with all who said use chalk, and do not use straps.
