    Powerlifting, Strongman, Olympic

    I was wondering if anyone knew of any powerlifting, strongman, or olympic style lifting training places or seminars around North Carolina. Im looking to learn some of these exercises with good technique.

    Good luck dude...I was in Fayetteville and couldn't find shit. In fact the only place there that wouldn't get pissed off about me using chalk was Omni Gym
