    rough meet today

Pretty disappointed with myself. Knee was killing me. 425/315/640. I have to get my knee looked at and get back to my 600lb squats. Need a strong bench routine to get ready for Nationals.

Going to doctor now that meet is over and see what's wrong. Im hoping it just needs fluid drained or something minor.

I had my first knee problem when i was 20. competitive distance runner. bursa became swollen and i couldnt' finish a race. more or less the beginning of the end of competitive running for me.

even though you may just have excess fluid in your bursa, it is still a sign you are over stimulating the joint.

some things to consider, things I do.....

MSM - 5 to 10 grams a day forever. it helps improve collegen synthesis. very cheap. a kilo is somehting like $35 which can last a couple of years.
oral hyaluronic acid - a powder - an extreme lubricant, and helps keep all joints lubed up. this is a little more expensive
knee wraps - helps keep the knee in proper alignment

I also take the annual HA knee injections made of hyaluronic acid. very good at reducing knee pain for me.

let me know if any questions

I hurt my patella tendon where the shin connects to knee cap playing basketball, but that's all healed up. Now the pain is towards the top of the knee cap in both knees. Just much worse in the left. I use knee sleeves to train. I was going to use my rhino wraps at the meet but when I went to wrap them it was far too painful

    You may even consider TB500.

It has helped me immensely with my tendonitis and shoulder problems. I call it the "healing" peptide.

It may be worth it to run a course and see how it helps your knees.

let me know if any questions

I've actually thought about tb500. The Hgh healed my shoulder up (torn rotator) so I thought it would help save my knees too. Not so much

and finally, i had my knee scoped a year ago. great results. it could be the reason for your bursitis is do to a rough edge rubbing the bursa. that's what happened to me, and I ended up with a blister on my bursa the size of a thumbnail.

It was from high school, years ago. They didn't want to do surgery because I was so young. Physical therapy with all the stupid bands. Took forever to even get normal strength back in that shoulder. This was all before I started lifting. Since I started lifting, always had pain in that right shoulder doing any kind of press movement. After 6 months on Hgh that's completely gone. Shoulder feels great

Just inflammation and softening of the cartilage on back of my knee cap. They gave me a prescription to reduce the inflammation and harden it back up. Early signs of arthritis. The physical therapy guys were a joke. Fat and out of shape. Said my squat was all wrong. Only supposed to go down 1/4 of the way and should put feet as close together while keeping balance... lol. oh and you should never do hack squats or leg extensions. Those are the worst!

The hgh helped a lot? I don't know much about hgh at all but regarding what tr posted you would benefit greatly from msm and Hyualoric acid. When taken together, I've read they bolster each others effects.

I can vouch for the benefits of MSM. 5 grams a day will do wonders. For precontest training double to 10 grams a day.
