    training strength

Was wondering if a 5 x 3 workout is good for strength just trying to increase my bench, squat, deadlift and would this be good to work every body part twice with going this heavy?

Listen to your body. I would try each body part once a week if your going heavy every day. Just have a good diet, get a lot of rest and mentally focus on pushing to failure and use strict form to avoid injury

Since people have used both format do you mean 5 rep x 3 set or 3 rep x 5 set? For heavy work I like to keep my sets below 4. The heavier the weight the more volume each rep contributes to so dont overdo it. Deadlift heavy every other week, can do same with squat. Bench every week. Always change things up with variations (westside barbell pillar)

Agreed. I switch major exercises after 3 weeks and rep schemes for assistance work every 2 weeks.
