    I just spoke with him today. He's starting up med school and hes been pretty busy. I'll make sure he gets online soon.

    Anibolism 2 things bro one did you talk to him in person at the gym if you did I might know you if you lift at the same time as him b/c I was the kid that went to lift with jay and try out my shirts(which didn't work for me). and 2 Jane and wolv wouldn't that be tha day!?!

    Actually I spoke to him at his house. And I do train every once in awhile when Jay does but I usually train alone.

    Oh i gotcha. Well next time you see him tell I said sup and I gotta ride up there sometime soon to see if I can learn to use my shirts, since i'ma bit stronger now. AND if you know when's his pageant and where is it gonna be at and shit.

    I talked with him on Tuesday of this week . He is two weeks out this weekend. The comp is on June7th at USF in Tampa he said. He looks pretty freakin' shredded. I think he will place well.
