    Smolov squat program

    Anyone ever do the smolov squat program? Russian volume training

    I just started it. Wondering how much of jump to expect in my 1RM squat.

    Im just doing the intro (2 weeks) and base (3 weeks) meso cycle smolov. So thats probably equivalent to the smolov jr one

    Im doing a total of about 5 weeks and I just finished week 2 of the intro. I did the intro so that my body would adapt to the CNS overload and boy is it ever a super overload. The first week into the program is rough but its worth it and u can feel your strength increasing even though u haven't increased the weight that much in relation to ur percentages.

    After the squat program im going to do a bench one. Its a really good structured program and i dont ever do any programs as i am sceptical of them but this one is def worth it. Two guys i know that suggested the program to me increased their squats by about 35lbs and bench by 25lbs in a matter of weeks so it def works.

    theres an excel spreadsheet halfway down the page where it calculates the weight u do based on how much u input as ur 1RM.

    Im only doing the intro and base meso cycle. Theres tabs at the bottom for each

    I ran the whole smolov program this time last year. I added 120 pounds to my squat, drug free too. I definitely want to do it again some time next year, while on AAS.
