HIt legs the day prior and paused squats killed me. Hams were fried so I got a little shaky off the floor and bar moved slightly out in front. Pulled it back in. http://youtu.be/84DynpEI8ls

Nice. You gonna throw a suit on as well or pull raw in the meet? I find if i hit legs hard the workout before my nervous system "makes" my back do more of the lift. See what you can pull alternating heavy squat one week and heavy dead other. (still can do light ). cut out any grip training for a couple weeks if you do that before a PR too.
