    HIt legs the day prior and paused squats killed me. Hams were fried so I got a little shaky off the floor and bar moved slightly out in front. Pulled it back in. http://youtu.be/84DynpEI8ls

    Before getting hurt I had done 700 from the floor a couple times and 770 from blocks, but I was a lot lighter. Working back from injuries sucks

    Great work mate. Stop dropping the bar, you will face disqualification. You are where I must get. I was at 607 early this year. Now I am on a 2 month cruise. I want to do 300kg at at 60. 2 years to go!!! I will never catch you, but look out for the old man! He may die trying but what the hell. Its what we all love!

    im very aware of what counts in comps... i do them. i dont give a crap in training. im in the middle of a cruise as well

    Great pull ! I hit 585 for 5 and My lats and traps were so sore the next 2 days...could be form issue . Just went on, going to keep reps at 5 until week 6-7, then Ill drop and see what I can one rep.

    Nice. You gonna throw a suit on as well or pull raw in the meet? I find if i hit legs hard the workout before my nervous system "makes" my back do more of the lift. See what you can pull alternating heavy squat one week and heavy dead other. (still can do light ). cut out any grip training for a couple weeks if you do that before a PR too.
