    Awesome day athe american nationals powerlifting meet in los angelos

    Saw a couple of 242 pounders dead lift 750 and bench press 625. Unfortunately one guy had his knee buckle with 747 on his shoulders....gruesome. Had to look away. But got tons of goodies at the Fit Expo. Awesome awesome day!!!

    That was Brandon Lilly. One of my favorite powerlifters.

    Yeah. He was awesome. Hated to see that injury. Hope he has a full recovery. Amazing strenght!

    Brandon is a trooper he'll be squatting again in the next few years. Wish I saw dan take the deadlift record!
