What do y'all do for slipped disc.?
So as the title ask, anything y'all have found to relieve slipped/compressed disc.
I was able to push through it for awhile but now I've suffered major strength gains.
Went from a 550lb beltless DL and 500lb squat to 135 squats crippling me. Gf has to put my damn shoes on haha.
I injured it while doing heavy front squats, I twisted when coming up. I've had xrays to tell it is herniated but without a MRI I don't know how far.
Just wondering if I'm doomed to suffer till I can get surgery.
