After a recent glitch in the area of supplies I have decided to go clean. It seems that you aren't guaranteed deliveries even in the UK from a good source. So anyhow, enough bitching, I was beginning to wonder what I could do naturally.........so here are my targets for the next 18 months:

Bench 400
Squat 500
Deadlift 600

Well my friend best of luck of course. I know how hard it is to get stronger naturally... hopefully you will ultimately succeed and get even stronger while off the juice.

Things are good........got 6 weeks holiday coming up This is just another hurdle to destroy........

HP........my source is based in Thai but sometimes sends from the UK. You would know who it is though.......either way it is all good. I've been off for 3 months and women keep on looking.......the pretty boy bodybuilders hate that
