You just need to keep eating and train hard. Use your spotter to get those forced reps each week. Once you get to we're your doing 5x8 add another 10 lbs to your bench and it will probably drop you back to 5x5

Also add some heavy forced so you feel the heavier weight.

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

If your body weight isn't an issue, gain as much weight as possible, just dirty bulk.

In the gym I would spend 1 or 2 days to rehab your technique, your tech is probably shitty. Grip just outside of shoulder width, you can alter this +/- 3 inches. Get a strong foundation on the floor, really grip your toes. Get a nice tight back arch, flare the lats out, elbows tight, and squeeze the bar like your choking it.

    For a program, I would start with 165lbs 4x8, the following week, 185 4x6, 195lbs 5x5, 225 4x3.

Rinse and repeat with heavier weights.
