Pop's Intro log and a nose dive into the dark side
My stats
Hgt 5'8
Weight fluctuates between 210-220
I cut and compete at 198
Bench;345
Squat;505(with wraps)
Deadlift;535
I am going to be doing my first cycle. I have done multiple ph's in the past but never went to the dark side completely.
Sustanon 500 mgs weeks 1-15
Msten weeks 1-4
Epiandro(hardening effect) weeks 11-15
I will take exemstane as my ai and tudca for my msten run. Pct will be clomid and torem.
I am looking to recomp adding lean muscle mass while cutting fat.
I was using carb back loading but I reached a plateau and decided that eating clean on the Renaissance diet will help me achieve my goals a lot better.
I will be doing .7 Monday
.7 Wednesday
.6 Friday to make it 500 mgs and I take advantage of the short esters
While I want to recomp I am looking forward to increased recovery. Powerlifting on top of my physical labor job runs down my body sometimes too quickly.
I have 30 days of mk677 that I will run and add for another two months following my cycle stacking with my pct.
I will also be using a peptide called sgh107. Looking forward to this already.
I have been doing Sheiko but I think I will go back to the Ed Coan routine which incorporates more accessory work which I do whenever I'm running a prohormone cycle.

Today's workout was alright
Back pumps kicked in hard though on RDLs

The most I have ever done is 365 for 6 with shotty form
Usually stay around 315 slow and controlled completely focusing solely on my hamstrings
Today with the back pumps from the msten I was only able to do sets of 4 with 225! Agonizing and I have only been on for 6 days or so

First pin went in last night and.... It went amazing! Amazingly bad lololololol
Went too far inward on glute. Didn't feel good, felt like a nerve or something. Aspirated and blood came out!
Did my quad didn't even feel it go in. No problems we are golden!

Quads can be like that for me as well. Sometimes absolutely no PIP, occasionally it feels as if someone took a sledgehammer to your quad.

My shoulders were popping and my biceps have a vein popping out of the front head BEFORE my workout
It's Sunday morning, my waist is slimmer, my abs are starting to show and my traps are bigger than they have ever been.
I was finally able to get a pin in my glute and it is sooo much better than my quads

After hitting my glutes I'm unsure if I'll do my quads more than once per week. I couldn't bend my knee without pain lol.

Definitely rotate as much as possible. Quads are usually fair game for me, but every once in a while, it can be a real no- sh!tter in the pain department. Nice lifts you're posting.

My muscles are noticeably bigger. My V is more pronounced and also somehow I seem to be losing fat in my midsection.
Since I'm adding Deca I really don't want to blow up so I have decided to do conditioning in between sets. I workout early enough that there isn't a ton of ppl and I can be that douche bag ?

Starting the deca today. I attribute all my gains so far to the epiandro and msten. The test I feel hasn't fully kicked in yet. The prop is helping me lean out a bit, but the size is definitely coming from the msten. The hardness of my muscles is definitely the epiandro.

Wow so today things went great
Although the hypoglycemia caused by the mk677 post workout wasn't great the workout was awesome
My muscles feel like there is a constant pump. I have gained size all over. MY TRAPS O LAAAAWWWRRDDDY THOSE TRAPS. Seriously though my traps are nuts. My libido is insane. Everything is going great. My package got lost (mailman put it in the wrong mail box LOLOLOL) but I was able to finally get my deca with no problems. I'm starting that in a few hours.
I added the mk677 because I realized since I am going to be doing two cycles a year one will be bulk the other will be a cutting. This is my bulk. I am eating like a mad man. I will be getting more soon and also prami for possible prolactin sides.

Wanted 405 two sets of 5 Beltless. Should have been easy and nothing considering my beltless rep pr is 475 for 3 and 405 feels like 315 for me. It was a struggle. My back was starting to feel it first off while I was loading up the bar.
I did the ten reps but the most I did in a row was three because the pumps were horrific.
Didn't even attempt bentover bbell rows. Did one set of RDL's for 315 for four reps but again my back couldn't hang. Mind you I have a physical job to attend to after this.

BW = blood work, Pops. I've never been a fan of the msten/epiandro type supps, but that's just me. If the sides continue to be a b!tch, I would consider dropping one of both of them.
Kel's the resident expert on BW as it relates to cycling and TRT, so he may have a better recommendation for which labs to pull. He has been a huge help when I have issues with my own blood work. So, a quick shout out of "Thank you" and much respect to Kel for the help.
The labs in the excerpt posted below are some suggestions from this link:
My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle
Lastly, the most important part is your blood work. Steroids will wreak havoc on your blood levels. So you need to have panels ordered before, during and after your cycle. This will identify many things so that you can succeed and maintain a good state of health.
Blood work you need (at minimum):
1. Testosterone , Total
2. Testosterone, Free
3. Sensitive E2 Assay (Not basic estradiol, that's for women)
4. CBC (Compete blood count)
5. CMP (Comprehensive metabolic panel)
6. Lipid Profile (post cycle is fine)
7. LH and FSH (pre-cycle and post PCT)
These panels need to be done pre-cycle to ensure that your internals are ready for this ride. Mid-cycle to verify that your estrogen blocker dose is working, your blood isn't too thick, your liver is still safe and that your gear is legitimate and not fake or underdosed. So far my upper body exercises keep going up but deadlifts and squats are suffering.
It was supposed to be deadlift day
I will say though earlier in the week I hit 295 for 8 reps and 2 sets on bench. Also 170 on OHP for 2x8 as well

Unsure of your physical history. But perhaps you injured your back or its weak...? I'm sure if you add more little tweaks to your back routine that will put some extra work to your spinal erectors they should develop and get used to the stress or demands. For example I was watching Arnold do bent over rows. And he would balance on a 2x4 or something to get him off the ground enough to where he can fully extend his arms by letting them hang down on the negative motion. So he gets a full stretch and actually uses some motion. Not static while doing these so he engages his lower back. He said that lots of people lack this full range motion in rows. Which leads to undeveloped or less adequate lower back. I'm sure you have lots of experience. But try that for your bent over rows and perhaps the cable rows, let the cable pull your arms away from you really stretched. And then use you body and row while leaning back into it like you mean it lol. More of a natural motion again. rather a Static row as to engage your lower back more.

I tried doing the bent over rows while standing on a raised platform and getting that full reach stretch and then row. It's hard to get the dynamics of what is actually the proper way opposed to what feels right etc. looks easy watching videos. But yeah. That's just like a small thing to do that will pay off in the long run ya know. I'm sure you know of better more direct ways of strengthing any are that's an issue.

Back pumps have fully ceased and honestly I probably will never take another prohormone again and stick to oils. The sides are so much worst. For me that is, my buddy runs msten at 30 mgs all the way thru like its nothing. My other buddy runs SD at 30. Honestly I couldn't function on 20 mgs of msten
Even with the lack of back pumps my pulls weren't favorable until my last set when I fully corrected my form. I am back down to around 235 with no water weight. With the new job I have been sweating like no other. All the while every part of my body has grown. My leverages have fully changed and nothing felt right until I realized how I needed to be at the last set. Wider stance, wider grip, feet pointed a little more out
