I am going to be doing my first cycle. I have done multiple ph's in the past but never went to the dark side completely.
Sustanon 500 mgs weeks 1-15
Msten weeks 1-4
Epiandro(hardening effect) weeks 11-15
I will take exemstane as my ai and tudca for my msten run. Pct will be clomid and torem.
I am looking to recomp adding lean muscle mass while cutting fat.
I was using carb back loading but I reached a plateau and decided that eating clean on the Renaissance diet will help me achieve my goals a lot better.

.6 Friday to make it 500 mgs and I take advantage of the short esters
While I want to recomp I am looking forward to increased recovery. Powerlifting on top of my physical labor job runs down my body sometimes too quickly.
I have 30 days of mk677 that I will run and add for another two months following my cycle stacking with my pct.
I will also be using a peptide called sgh107. Looking forward to this already.
I have been doing Sheiko but I think I will go back to the Ed Coan routine which incorporates more accessory work which I do whenever I'm running a prohormone cycle.
