Question about steroids and strength.
I always hear people saying that going on cycle will make you stronger but you will loose your gains after you get off. Does this mean you can no longer progress from the point you're brought back down to? I dont want to get on them then never be able to progress again and this notion makes me not want to hop on cycle.

Assuming you have a good diet, train consistently, and have been training for years you can typically keep a decent amount of strength and size while "off" if your endogenous test comes back to normal ranges or you run physiological doses of testosterone .
If you run a heavy cycle and then become permanently hypogondal for a whole host of reasons then, yes, you will likely never make meaningful progress again.

i have wondered this also. I know its not possible to keep all gains each time and I would assume that you keep a little less each time (not sure just my hypothesis). Loosing too much added strength would suck though. Do you think loosing strength after a cycle is more mental because of lack of test and motivation or is it an actuall physical thing.
