New here!...but can't help responding. My son is in football now so he hasn't been lifting competitively. He just had his 17th birthday but at 16 before football began he competed at 242. The following lifts were made at a slightly higher bodyweight before football but still at 16.

    Bench: 455
    Squat: 630
    Deadlift: 530

    His goals 4mos. after football:

    Bench: 500
    Squat: 700
    Deadlift: 575 -600

I just started lifting in July '03. Haven't taken anything but protein. I'm 5'9" 240lb.

    Bench: 295
    Deadlift: 405
    Squat: 390

Max again in 3 weeks and I expect to get 300+ in bench and 420ish in dead. Not sure about squat but I know it'll be over 400.

Well after reading what you monsters throw around I'm flat out embarassed to state mine.

    Bench - 310 x 2
    Dead - 415 x 2 (so sad I know)
    Squat - 405 x 3

Ironloword, in the PL world they refer to those as No, No, No's....at least last I heard they did........I'm pretty old so maybe the kids call it something else now. hahaha

Where's Purepower? I'm sure he has some sick numbers to throw up on this thread.

Sorry bro's forget.........5'11"@214 and 38 years old at the time I did these.
