Not fully sure I understand the question. Are you asking how much to add after each week?
For me... If I want 10 reps, I add enough weight to get to 9.5 reps. When I can do 10 or 11 reps at that weight, I add enough weight that I can only get 9.5 reps again, and repeat.
Are you talking about accessories or compound lifts? (squat bench deadlift)
