    are my totals good enough

    sup guys/gals, well just wanted to know if i should consider on competeing????????? My stats are....... 17 years old....i weigh 180....bench raw is 295.....squat 445....deadlift 465. the ffedback would be really helpful,

    Personally i believe the Squat and Deadlift is great. There close to mine. BUt as far as the Bench get a shirt and u should compete very well. Remember u have to pause down on the chest and everything. BUt with a shirt bro and some practice i dont see any problem with getting u to a 400 bench within 5 months.

    yea those lifts are raw with no shirt or suits, i dont train to powerlift either. I really wanna start powerlifting though and i gues ill give it a try.

    Those are great lifts for just 17... now get some fucking straps and a bench shirt and destroy some records!

    Your lifts are fine.

    It doesn't matter what your lifts are, you should compete for the experience not, for a trophy.

    Plus you'll learn some very valuable lessons at your first meet.

    Yeah bro, even if they weren't good, it's not about how much you can push, but how hard you push it. Compete against yourself and only yourself, don't worry about what others think.

    With that said, I am going to state right now that you won't have to worry about what people think if you are still not convinced. Your lifts are great .
