    I think it would be good for someone new to powerlifting, or training in general. As a powerlifting routine it fails to address weakpoints, so I don't think it's a good idea for an intermediate or advanced lifter.

    It worked well for me, but it does not address speed or weak points.

    i have been planing to trie it but it seems so ****ing boring. i love to train to failure.
