    Thorvildsen is no where near the shape he usualy is in, I think he is holding back waiting for the arnold classic.

    Ahmad is better....
    More ripped than Tommi, maybe Ahmad hasn´t got that much mass that Tommi has. But my vote is for Ahmad...

    Tommi has been in awesome shape, but not this time. Just look at his cheeks, they're really round. Plus his chest injury is really visible. It's a shame, with better conditioning and chest he'd be awesome.

    Same as the others - Tommi only from the rear. His back is excellent, though he needs to bring his legs up which will hopefully give him better shape.

    Johan - yeah, it hurt when I did it but the worst thing was the ripping sensation. Not good. Oh, and the end of my bodybuilding too. Very sad, still sad about it now but life goes on eh?

    I've got another appointment to see another consultant a week tomorrow who supposedly knows something about sports injuries (the last two consultants didn't know anything but still liked to charge er, about 150 dollars for 5 min consultatations - piss take!!!). I'm hoping he put me forward to have surgery.

    Is it no way to fix it so it becomes nerely as it was before??

    If you dont mind can you describe more on how it happened and if you saw any warnings signs before it happend(like strange chest pain and such).

    I think yates is helping tommi but I'm not sure. I saw tommi last year at the toronto pro show, the guy was by far top three. He is more impressive in person. For christ sake the guy was sherreded to the bone and could still do standing back flips, that even impresses the most hardcore, like me. I think hes going places

    Ahmad Haider off course..... the biggest problem with Tommy Thorvildsen is his poor genetics. He just don't have em. But the guy instead has a super mentality, he is very engaged and is a super entatainer. I actually saw him at the danish open, where he got cheated by the danish judges who placed a danish crap bodybuilder before him, the crowed booed very loudly. I like he self confidence and seriousity.

    saw tommi off season last year at the southern states. impressive. yes i have seen that a year or so ago, dorian was working with tommi and some of it was specifically back.
    per the question, tommi from the back, hidar from the front.
