    You have probably seen this pic before but its well worth checking again. Sickest thing I have ever seen. How the hell did he achieve that?

    workin for me.... that guy has been around FOR A LONG TIME.

    The best way to get that is high rep training and some serious squeezing during and more importantly AFTER the set till pain insue's.

    (that was the only pose I ever really remember from that dude)

    Yeah its rich gaspari if I dont remember his name wrong. He competed in the 80's and early 90s right??

    Well..First of all the guy is probaby about 5'6". His bf is probably like 4%.

    Genetics, low BF% and also probably got some help from the
    drugs he was running at the time... And maybe some diuretics...

    I can remember my earliest BBing ( I was 14 or so) magazines and Rich was big at the time with Lee Haney, and being that he's from NJ as I am, unfortunately, I rooted for him. He was known for being in that type of shape all the time! He was sick! But he had to compete against Lee Haney for god's sake. He's an IFBB judge now.
