    That is f*cking insane!!! Ronnie is unbelievable. Isn't he a Texas cop? Imagine getting pulled over by him?? I'll bet he doesn't get any ****. The guy is a f*cking monster!!! What the hell was he squatting.....that was like 800 lbs or something. Jesus Christ!!!

    He is a reserve police officer in arlington, texas. He was on the show COPS back in the day, him and his partner were chasing down a guy who robbed a store or something and ronnie caught up to him and the guy saw him threw his hands behind his head and gave up. I think he was squatting 795 and stiff legged dead lifting around 735. All that stuff was in the "cost of redemption."
