shiat. just to ask - dyou know how many reps he did with those deadlifts @ 5 plates a side? I have managed to go to 4 plates a side for 6 good reps, BUT I had straps. How the hell does he do that without straps??

The most I have ever done is 1 x 385, and have done 10 x 225 a couple of times. xenithon do you have a good deadlift routine that you could shoot me by PM or even post here ? How many days do you put between legs and deadlifts ? I seem to have trouble unless I spread them out at least 3 days apart.

what does he need synthol for if hes just a powerlifter?? pls advise bros.
and is that a GH gut or is it me?
