    flex wheeler training(new pics)

    i personally think flex is a prick and i cant stand him as a person, but as a bodybuilder, he stands in a league all his own, he is a genetic freak and will beat all but the king.....big ron.

    Yeah, Agree withall of you. I watched that movie, "unbelievable" recently, ronnie is just amazing, nothing is even close.

    I think all the pro's are outstanding. I'm sure not one to judge them since I don't know them regardless of what people "say". To me they all are "amazing". I konw I will never be a IFBB pro but seeing them gives me a goal to shoot for....however impossible it may be.

    how much weight is he incline pressing? Do you guys have DB's that go much over the 60kg mark?

    those are 135-140 pound dumbells, approx 60-65 kilo.

    ronnie coleman, 5 weeks out, in his video was pressing incline 200 pound dumbells for 7 reps, thats 91 kilo.

    I Don't like Flex and never have....

    He is a whiney cry baby and trains like a girl, uses synthol retires every other day blah blah but still he has a great physique non the less but--

    Ronnie is a bigger version of Flex-50 more pounds of muscle-and NO SYNTHOL!

    nobody trains like Ronnie .he is a fucken freak .I also think he had a eye opener last yr at teh "O" .Watch him kick some ass this year. Flex does have a reputation of being lazy
