legs - the sartorius
The sartorius is the longest muscle. but rarely isolated in posing long enough to be caught on film. Here are a few shots, the first with the sartorius outlined (saving you the trouble of getting out your copy of Grey's anatomy)

I gota say the old school bodybuilders look a ton better then the new school boys... Now a days every other pro has got a GH gut, or is soo freekish they barely look human... At least the old school boys look like art sculptures... But thats just my opinon

You are correct. The old school guys actually look healthy, though I doubt any of the corpses of our present day pros will actually decompose
