Levrone is massive and huge in those pics and he's definately one of my favs....but in the first shot (back double bi) he looks nekked!!

If Melvin can get a little dryer he can be a serious problem for the others...what a structure!

Yeah, Melvin Anthony has amazing structure, but his pec area is quite narrow, and his rib cage is relatively small. It may be a problem to fill it up, but I won't say it's impossible after seeing what Dexter Jackson did to his body. Does any of you remember how skinny he used to look when he competed in light weights??

True...Dex was tiny at one time...must be all the creatine he's used since then!

Even when he turned pro he was only in the 190's...now he is up around 225!

Wow...remember when 225 was huge?!

The reason why Ernie never gets to the top is because he lacks mass and he´s got oversized triceps...

Hey..when I lived in California I was good friends with Nasser...I told him straight to his face that I thought he was at his best when he was 268 lbs...I told him he is losing quality as he is getting bigger. A true friend will tell the truth...not to criticize, but to help!

Friend´s need to be consequent

By this I mean, even if a guy/woman in a certain case friend...looks like shit you must be able to tell him/her that.
It might hurt him/her for a while, but if he/she won´t hear it, he/she might think everything is alright.

My comments to you MrsNatural was that I did not like you stating you hated the guy, cos unless you can tell me otherwise you haven't met him, so infuture critise his phyique all you like, but leave the personal stuff to one side.
