    thanks bro...i was waiting for you to get online again.

    But for some reason I can never get either of the MR. O 2000 or Ms. O 2000 ever to work properly. Either I doesn't download the full amount or it I am unable to play it properly. The sounds works no problem but the video doesn't keep up.

    mr/ms olympia 2ooo is just a extension movie 300 k or something like that.... is not a normal movie whit 700Mb.

    i think the name is not extension......

    movie size - u can resize a movie who are 700MB to 300k. i think is that.

    For some reason i get sound but there is no video when i play it? Any quick fixes for this?

    some video request divx, and others, real player 8

    in the top of the page video, u have the links for upgrae your video player (divx & realplayer 8)

    Does anyone have that clip of ronnie DLing 800lbs a couple weeks out from the Olympia?

    Some bloke just told me Ronnie Coleman doesn't do conventional DL's any more he stays in a near SLDL stance with a heavy bend... shoulders parallel with his hips/ass... I wanna see that
