    Dexter Jackson is unreal!!!

    I was reading this interview with Dexter Jackson and he says he only needs 7 weeks to get in contest shape. He doesn't do any cardio or abs, and the leaner he gets the stronger he is. I believe Dexter has the best genetics in bodybuilding.
