I mean sometimes pics dont tell the whoole story but if you see the mr.O videos .... its obvious as hell that Coleman is No.1 and always will be , i mean im a bigger fan of kevin levrone but Kevin wasent close to winning in 2000 and cutler same in 2001 , if you look at the back shots , cutlers holding alot of water and coleman is diced!

But he does look incredibble! I have tried his traing methods, for the past 8 weeks.. I have found that i gain more doing lower reps 5-8 going heavy. Rather than the 8-12 reps that Ronnie likes.

I think I just read that Coleman beat Yates??? No WAY! Yates spanked Ronnie everytime on stage when he was competing. If you put Ronnie and Dorian together in their prime, Dorian wins hands down.
devil... if you compare ronnie n yates, bodypart for bodypart , yates is a great champ , but ronnie is jus so overpowering , i remember nasser used to be able to match yates from the front , now for a sec compare nasser n ronnie from the front ...ronnie jus blows everyone away.... the only part yates at his best had over ronnie at his best was, calves...my 2 cents.( dorian was shaken when he saw ronnie win the n.o.c in 98')
