    rruhl your updates and pics are great. Once again your on top of things.

    Titus looks good. I hope he does well. Morris looks way better than Bennet. Bennets arms look so suspect to me. Just cause someone has a freaky part doesnt give anyone a right to say things but that bicep is way pointy and lopsided. Mustafa looks good as well. But hell all the pros look great. Its gonna be a good show.

    Wow, didn't even notice that Dorian is in that pic with Mustafa... I wonder if that is a bonafide beer belly or if it is the growth gut - I hope that with all the **** these guys use, when they stop and their muscles deflate their growth hormone guts would leave too... I am an avid Jay fan and in certain shots his quad seperation and abs look great, but I have to hand it to Jackson and Cormier - Jackson for the whole package and thin waist, Cormier for those crazy serratus cuts!!!!!
