...... i bet the cycles they did back then were very ,very mild compared even to those done by some of our members , !! ......... please take note all the teens , please build agood foundation for about 5-6 years , then if you are serious , consider AS , don't jus jump on cycle after cycle without a base ( jus my thoughts )

some of his mentors from Austria said that

of course the cycles back then were pretty "mild"

there was a discussion in golds (or world) gym, where Arnie and friends discussed the dangers of increasing the dbol dosage by 5 mg (Ill look up the article and post more details)

What I remember from the 70's is the famous D'bol, Deca cycles!
Seems like everybody who juiced back then,,,thats what they did first!

anyone know what the cycles were like back then ?? ..... i remember reading arnie saying that if you weigh over 200 lb then take 4 or 5 d/bol tabs or if you weigh less then 200lb then use no more than 3 tabs , they also did about 200 ml deca p/w.....i think i read it in mscle mag ............anyone know more ??

Arnold is the guy that i want to look like . I refuse to do slin or GH. Everytime i look at arnold pics like the ones posted it reminds me i can look like that without GH or slin . just gota work harder . I guess you could say hes my idol and inspiration.

arnold is the most aestheticaly pleasing body builder whoever lived, he is unbelivable. . Arnieis also the best BB of all time hands down. It just goes to show, tha we dont need 1000 mgs of test or gear a week to get big. just hard work and dedication.

I would really like to know about what kind of doses these guys took in the -70Â´s.

If those guys could grow so big back then of using so moderate doses of AAS, how big could they have been if they were young and in competition today?

arnold was king back then, no doubt about it. and i dont know anyone who would not want to look like arnold. but his physique wouldnt even place top 10 at a national ametuer show today. now make arnold 20 yrs old today, with all the advancements, and the realization that legs should be proportional to the rest of his body, combine that with his drive and genetics, and you would have a king again.

when ronnie gets arnolds age? ronnie will be 40 this year. i hope i look loke that when i am 40. shit, i want to look like that now!
