probably on PPV, which is stupid because no one is going to spend $50 to watch it, if it was on espn they would get more fans and increase popularity
Yeah, they come on PPV. They are not 50 dollars, more like around 23.99, thats what is was a few years back. I am pretty sure you need "digital cable." Yes, digital cable, not digital satellite. I couldn't find anyone who had this last year to watch it.
i have digital cable, but wouldnt spend the 23.99 im going there
gonna have to send some emails about to see if we can get it in the uk , i hope we can
I would rather go, then it would be like 500 dollars for food, tickets, hotel and transportation. I choose to call friends, share the cost, drink beer, eat chicken wings, pizza and watch the freak show!Originally Posted by nickrizz

espn is f-ckin pissing me off ...because instead of bodybuilding, they show poker. poker is not a sport. even worse, they show womens basketball. are u f-ckin serious? womens basketball over the olympia.
OMFG bro. Womens basketball is the worst thing ever. I would rather take a beating than watch women's basketball.Originally Posted by anteriordeltoid

wait a minute...
why blame ESPN? ever think the organizers of the mr. olympia would want an outrageous sum of money from ESPN to show it? they'd make more money not showing it on ESPN and putting it on pay per view or selling dvd's of it.
why not blame fox, cbs, abc, or nbc? they show other sporting events?
A.A.
Why? Well I dont know if this may be the case or not but the major networks usually broadcast sports events that have a broad appeal, nascar, the nfl/mlb and nba all do a good job of attracting a wide array of audiences to sit down through commercials which drive profits for these companies, would body building do the same? hard to tell...but ESPN is sports networking bro, Hell they run cheerleading competitions and strong man events, I would think that if anyone were to air this event it would be them...Originally Posted by AnabolicAlien
