    Why Did Shawn Ray Retire?

    I never knew if there was a reason to or not. I always thought Shawn Ray was always at elite status and had no reason to retire. Was it because or personal reasons? injuries?

    I heard he retired due to the fact that he did not like the way the vision of bodybuilding was heading. He says the sport has been ruined by freakish monsters.

    he retired because he is going into acting! i read an interview where this was stated i will try to find it! and because he is old! but he still was one of the better bb of all time!
