Flex all the way. I still have the M&F from the 97 Ironman. IMO that was Flex at his best.

Ronnie Coleman is big, no if's/and'/but's, however he is far from what one would call aesthetically pleasing, which is SUPPOSED to be what BODYBUILDING is all about.

Unfortunately in this day/age, with millions of kids to influence in the market of supplements and hype, "bigger is better". Truly a change of perspective over the years.

I prefer the look of old ANY DAY.

Yates had size, but not as good of symmetry as Flex. Flex had both.

Flex had the best physique IMO. Now that he retired Dexter Jackson

Flex was def. the most geneticly gifted, but his lack of discipline kept him from beating Dorian or Ronnie, because of their dedication they won so many olympia's.

I just finished reading his book and man how lucky he was to live with all those trips to the hospital. He said he didnt know anything about nutrition unitl his twenties. He just ate mcdonalds everyday and got huge. He said luckely he didnt gain any fat from that. I wish i had those genetics.
