MD is Cool,
But they seem to be slimmin' their pertinent AAS info down dramatically!! Dare I say, MuscleMedia was "The Greatest Mag" for its time (and would be pivotal in our current time)... Wish we had the societal acceptance of a magazine that gave the "skinny" on concerns we as bodybuilders find usefull and interesting!! Trying to be all you can be (image and goals) and our Government says you, as an adult, can't have access to because they Say So!!! Man, I wish, we as adult males, could buy what we felt we could benefit from during Viropause!!

I ****ING hate all of the adds that are in both FLEX and MD.
Its infuriating when it takes 10 pages before hitting an article or a photoshoot. **** Muscletech, "Special 5 page report" my ASS!!!

What do you mean? Isn't NO-XPLODE what made Triple H such a great wrestler and Ronnie Coleman such a great bodybuilder? Oh wait, BSN wasnt around when Triple-H came about and also, Ronnie attested to Weider supplements giving him an edge until BSN afforded to pay him more, now NO-XPLODE gives him the edge he needs to win!
I think I'll stack the two, cant go wrong there! :-p

MD is ok, and I usually find one article per month that's decent...but that's one more than I find in most other magazines. The only downfall (in my eyes) is that they seem to be trying to get a very hardcore feel to the magazine, and I think you need a bit more than black pages and 40-something year old guys saying "bro" and "keep it real" every two seconds....
And trying to read a monthly article WRITTEN IN ALL CAPS AND STREET SLANG IS SOMETHING I'M NOT INTERESTED IN, Y'ALL....no matter how real the author keeps it...

I like MD apart from some of the Pros wining and moaning and bitching about there places in so and so comp. Some of the more scientific stuff is interesting although articles like "caffiene can boost performance" and "Steroids can increase muscle mass" seem a little pointless!

MD is actually going to be launching a "digital" version of their magazine, with a website that has forums and stuff....Dave Polumbo is going to be the Admin/Webmaster. I think that's kind of weird, since several of their authors have their own sites and forums already...

I pretty much stopped reading muscle mags when Bill Phillips sold out on Musce Media 2000. That was honestly the last really good bodybuilding magazine before it jumped the shark.

They are all have their strengths and weaknesses, but the weaknesses far out way the strengths, i.e. too many damn advertisements. Muscletech is outrageous with their "Special 12 page Ad report." Furthermore, these supplement compaines are ridiculous witht their prohormones that they push which supposedly mimic the real thing such as Halodrol 50 and Winni-V and the fact that they almost cost as much as the real thing is absurd.
