    The Yates transformation.

Well Here is ONE of the reasons Dorian is my favorite bb of all time. Just look at this transformation. At 21(1983) he was pretty built as seen on the left in this picture, but i don't understand how he went from that build to winning his first Olympia in just 9 years(1992), mind you he was runner up to Lee Haney in 1991, unbelievable.

in the earlier years and to the run up to the Mr O, he was under the supervision of Paul Borreson who use to advice him on his nutrition and cycle therapy, Paul was a believer in the short heavy cycles which transformed Dorains body to what he was when he won the Mr O, paul also adviced many more top BB's but alot had to distance themselves from him because he was so open to what he was doing in the line of drugs and cycles, wasnt good publicity for the big boys, the cycles can build hugh muscle tissue gains in short periods if the correct process is adired to,
i also admire Dorain he was a true champion

Yep, Arnolds name in the first reply. Just as expected. Well firstly, back in Arnold's day, they were not very big, a good example of this is the sheer size difference between Dorian and Arnold, i mean Dorian makes Arnold look like a choir boy. Do you think that anyone will win the Mr Olympia at 21 again? Hell no. 9 years is NOT a long time for that kind of transformation, hell i know people that have trained for 15 years(or so they claim) and still look like $hit.
