Pumping Iron changed everything for me.
Cost of redemeption is awesome. I've heard blood was good, but still haven't purchased it.

viking strong tommie thorvildsen(basicly a ripoff of blood and guts, same gym, same style ect but I prefer to se thorvildsen train).
both of colemans videos are good but the second one you have to skip all the god damn eating.

blood and guts is good. I haven't seen the other one
ya i gotta get blood and guts. cost of redemption is good except all the pointless non sense in it ie. eating, getting a massage, ect ect.
who is in blood and guts?
dorian
Im sure Big Ron eats some meals that would make you go...DAMN...wish they showed that over chicken and corn hahah
blood and guts is real good. dorian training in a dungeon for the most part, especially when you see cutler training in million dollar facilities.
seen all 3
their all very equally good
all in their own way
saw blood and guts today..is that honestly what dorian looked like after 3 years of training?!? if so that's insane
i have cutler's it kinda blows. He doesn;t lift heavy at all and I think he overtrains like crazy. He is insanely shredded tho it was two weeks before the arnold. Doing cardio twice a day and at 2am crazy.
Cutler makes kinda shitty videos. He does like 25 sets per bodypart at high reps. I bet he could get that "harder" look, like Ronnie, if he just dropped the amount of sets and reps he is doing and going as ****ing heavy as possible. I think the difference between him and Ronnie is just that Ronnie looks hard as nails. Jay has a kinda soft/round look to him. Anyways, Jay has a lot of content in his videos. He talks a lot about diet and training and stuff so it isn't all that bad.Originally Posted by dr.shred
The best training videos that I have seen:
1. Ronnie Coleman: The CoR
2. Ronnie Coleman: The Unbelievable
3. Dorian Yates: Blood & Guts
4. Jay Cutler: New, Improved & Beyond
The best bodybuilding movie is, of course, Pumping Iron.
both ronnies are good, cutlers new and improved, and ofcourse my vote goes for pumping iron
