    Talk About An X-frame!!!

    This has got to be the best x-frame ive ever seen...his name is Capriease Murray. He recently got 5th at some show in New York I think.

    His Legs are amazing! Ill try to find a pic of his HAMS but damn look at those quads and lats man and talk about a 28" waist.

    look at the seperation of his hams and quads...pretty crazy stuff.

    he prob got beat because his back is not very impressive. everything else looks great though. ill see if i can find a back picture.

    here is his back....his lower back almost looks untrained compared to his upperback...he needs to find some way to proportion it without losing that small waist and x-frame look.

    the first pic of him he looks ridiculously unproportioned. nice legs ill give him that but he just looks way out of whack in certain aspects.
