I'll be honest, Some BBers I have no respect for...I hate the guys who are really big, but so unathletic and so uncoordinated, and think they are really sweet cause they can squat 800 pounds...I mean can Coleman even Run a mile for christ sake? thats not athletisicm....However that display that Anthony just put on is amazing and is, in my short experence, what BBing is all about!

by the way FYI- ronnie is one of the freakiest athletes period. He used to be a pretty amazing football player not to mention other things. Considering you dont know him or his history (obviously if you think he lacks athletisism) I would avoid making comments about being unathletic, uncoordinated, etc. I am no coleman fan but have seen video and read articles which blew my mind. I have seen video of him leaping across stage and landing in a full, leg out to the sides, split...I'm talking jean claude van dam splits where the quads are up by his chest they are so jacked up in the split. I also heard he has amazing movement and can run a sub 13 second hundred meters fairly easily. Look at Kevin Levrone back while he was building he was running around 11 seconds in the hundred meters and was a monster on stage at the olympia. Thats some serious moving if you can move a dude with that much muscle packed on his body across 330 feet or so in 11 seconds...oh not to mention both of them can do a standing back flip (and land on feet)

Lavrone is one of my favorites, and P.S. maybe Coleman "used" to be a good athlete and "used" to be a good football player, but people who need to sleep with an oxygen mask on and need it when they are signing autographs aren't athletes...

I've been to many local, national level, and pro contests. I can honestly say that was probably one of the best posing routine I've ever seen! WOW. Flex used to split in his routines, but not like that. Kudos.

Pulled that one out of your ass didn't you?

Coleman is still atheletic.. is still flexible (can still split at 290 lbs).
