I have the vid of it and Arnold looks just so much better. Mike looks terrible in the vid, he has no chest and his stomach is hangging out the entire show. Zane looked better than Mike also.

i think two people who got robber big time were platz and viator. obviously they shouldnt have won but i think they should have placed higher than what 9th and 15th?! but it makes sense though, they werent weider boys...

Chris Dickerson is about 3rd, Arnold is about 20lbs smaller than his prime but still good enough to win with ease.

We'll just have to agree to disagree on this one. I had it Dickerson, Zane, Coe, Mentzer, Arnold. Frank Zane was shredded but he looked kinda' small to me. Arnold wasn't as conditioned as the other bodybuilders and/or didn't have a size advantage so I don't feel he should have won.

The back shots were his worst in that show ( but his calfs dwarf both Zane and Chris, plus his back and shoulders are 2x as wide as them ) , from the front and side he made Chris look tiny, plus Arnold was as ripped as any of them.
The big mistake most people make is judging from a picture or two and judging Arnold not against the other men but against himself.

i have to disagree. i much prefer the look of todays bodybuilders. although what i do prefer when looking at the old school guys is that they all looked different. today they all seem to look the same

Mentzer 5th ? Are You fkn serious. Honestly looking at the pics, Arnold and Mentzer were really close. I would give Mentzer a 2nd place.
5th... that's ridiculous IMO.
Arnold and Mentzer are my two favorite BB'ers of all times.

I have already seen "total Rebuild" starring arnold, what I have been DYING to see is the actual contest footage, and even more is the footage of mentzer posing, standing next to other competitor for comparison and recieveing his bull shit placing. If you have the video on dvd on vcd then maybe we can work something out. Thanks

Arnold looks good but I have never liked his midsection, and although his calves are big his legs are not
