    Talk about Gyno

    Damn i was looking through some pic's of the Sacramento Pro and came across Eryk Bui with some serious gyno.... LOL. In the Iron man it wasn't even close to this

    3-4 weeks off from the gym is the norm for gyno surgery...6 weeks you should be almost 100%. never heard anything remotely close to 9months.

    I just had triple hernia surgery and was back in the gym after just 2 weeks with no problems. If you want it bad enough and do it smart, you dont need too much time off. Doctor told me that there should be no restrictions after just 6 weeks. Most if not all of the healing take place during those first 6 weeks.

    Maybe you guys are right because I did it like 4 years ago and my MOM told me that the docter said that haha maybe she lied to me 4 protection hahaha, Yeah damage already done haha

    yes some chirurgical , they remove the glands, one of my friend did it . He can train just after less than 2 months.
