    I was there, but had to leave before Jackson hit the stage. I heard that him and Farah had a pose down. Jackson also benched 315, with no warmup, about 11 times during the bench contest.

    yep...thats correct. they had a bench press competition prior to the BBing show.

    one of my favourite bodybuilders. if he could get his legs to catch up with his upper (especially his calfs) he would start placing far better IMO

    His back looks good, still looks pretty bloated though. Timm1704 - you're right about his calves and legs, need a bit more work.

    thats awesome...but saying he can even compete with ronnies strength is ridiculous...i love J jackson but ive seen a vid of him a few weeks out of a contest barely benching 405...understandible, but not compairible to ronnie and the weights he pushes, regardless of what shape he is in(contest or offseason)

    Hes 5ft6 i met him and he was a good bit shorter and i am 5ft8.
    Strong 315lb for 11 is not strong, you should see the form he uses its disgusting his rows looks like a gorrilla air ****ing!
