nah hes obviously using weights he can handle pretty easily..i used to have my mom spot me benching anywhere in the 3's for reps when i trained heavier at home..this is taken from his video btw, cool vid..

His control and focus on those lifts are insane. He doesn't force anything really, its all steady and pushes with the contraction. Amazing!
